    Hiya

    Hope your well.

I take it you were single when you taken this out perhaps, or not exactly married at the time then? XX

Yeah DH was just my random some nights he's here others he's not. near 6 years later and its 2.5 kids and a wedding ring. I did send a photocopy of the cert an my now passport plus my then passport but apparently they need the certificate not a copy to ensure it hasn't been doctored. They also need policy number which I have never had but a quick call to the lender and they just told me it so i've sent the bits away today.

Is there any way to see how FSCS calculate payment if it's due?? Sounds weird but the lender told me how much of the HP was PPI front loaded onto loan, I actually paid the HP month in month out and lender refused point blank to cancel it. Just wondering if anyone knew how to make approxomations :rotfl:

    Purry - congratulations :T

Sorry I haven't been around but I've been a bit fed up with the waiting. It was 16 months all in all - but worth the wait in the end! Can't wait for the cheque!:j:j:beer::j

Right, well going from mine, because mine was a settled loan, it was the remaining after the rebate I had, not as much as everyone elses on here but it was a good help.;)

that would totally suit me. PPI frontloaded was 2k. I just hope because FOS already declared broker in default and FSCS website lists company as in default then it will be a quick turnaround
