Rang them and they said that they need more info re the last loan because I'm paying it back via a debt company and not to London scottish or Robinson way. So now i'm worried because I'm only paying back a monthly minimum on a pretty big outstanding balance I might not get anything. I've got to send them details of the payment scheme I've doing with the debt company.

Basically I had 4 transactions with London scottish:
2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. They said forget about 2004 since this FSCS doesnt cover that year; 2005 and 2006 are covered but 2007 one they need more info on.

    Hmmmmmm?

    Hi there

I would not let anything worry you.
    You still have your reasons.

Where the business/broker are no longer active, the lender will supply you with any information you require on request.

Good luck with this and please don't worry, I'm sure lots of others have been in the same situation here.;)

Phoned Deloitte's again today only to be told they are still waiting for the spreadsheet from Picture. They sent this across to them on 3rd September and apparantly for them to take a month or so before sending the information back is not unusual.

So....will give it another couple of weeks and then ring again.

Back to the waiting game for me.

Good News at last!:j:j:T:T:T:j:j The cheque will be with us in the next few days! Yippee!:T:T We had a phonecall this morning!

Sorry I haven't been around but I've been a bit fed up with the waiting. It was 16 months all in all - but worth the wait in the end! Can't wait for the cheque!:j:j:beer::j
