Sometimes they don't know their A**e from their elbows myself, the different stuff we were told.........:eek:, still if they have now confirmed its back from Deloittes then this means its going into the later stages of the claim, so what I would do is give them a day or 2 then ring for an update.

Thought I would just give you an update....still not heard anything and still NOT phoned.........maybe by the end of this week I will pluck up the courge and give them a call.............aaggghh........x x

Rang Deloittes and lender yesterday, one still waiting on the other hopefully info will get through soon! The girl was very helpful at Deloittes and explained how when they get info back it then goes to claims handler and then back to fscs. Just have to wait! Its not easy! Hopefully yours is well on the way now Keira!

Just called deloittes it has definately been passed over!! Hopefully there's nothing wrong n I get paid out x
