well I have finally bit the bullet and sent back my form. Shocking really considering it was dated 20th July 2010. So next question is when do I start phoning and who do i phone?? My return envelope sends stuff direct to Deloitte LLP.

I'm dealing with Deloitte at the moment and, realistically, you'll need to leave it 6-8 weeks.

Right if you've only just completed and sent them, give it a fortnight then chase them up (FSCS) to ask them at what stage they are at.;)

To be generous I will leave it until 11th October then call to make sure they have everything. The FOS had everything and apparently they have transfered the whole file over already and they were waiting on my signed form. I would rather be proactive and chase the FOS or lender for information that they need sooner rather than later. The idea that they might need something and it could take weeks for them to say by the time they write out and then I get the letter etc is scary

Yes maybe that is a little more wiser than 2 weeks, just starting off lol , hope though it won't be too long before your payout.
