Well fab news, I think my cheque is on its way shortly OMG!!!!!!!!!!! Came in from work and decided I had to face it and phone, its my birthday so before sitting eating all my cake lol I phoned Delloites and all they said was that it had been handed back to FSCS, said I would phone them and they gave me a number, phoned the number however it appeared to still be Deloittes I was onto??? confused or what but this guy told me all the background stuff had be done and the calculations had been sent to FSCS...so eventually I found paperwork with their number and finally got a hold of them, guy there said it was all concluded and chq might be sent out tomorrow.........OMG now im terrfiied they have said this and the guy was giving me wrong info!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I am SO excited tonight, we are away next Friday for a caravan holiday down south, with the family and my two small grandchildren so if this is correct info then its just FAB.........

This site and your posts (especially you Di) have kept me sane :-)

Hi Purrycat, they need the info for your benefit as they also pay interest you have been paying on the PPI part of the loan, that you transferred, up until the date your claim is settled. Ours didn't amount to a great deal, can't remember how much exactly, but better off in our pockets.

Thank you busbyh for the answer, I thought it was something like that.

Good news - Today it has started moving again, the lender is now looking into the information and apparently will take 5 - 7 days to send it to Deloittes/fscs. So I am much happier today.:)

Yes - Wednesday is gonna be a long time coming Keira! Keep my fingers crossed for both you and shaz! Don't forget to let us know when you get your cheques!!!!:D

I'll ring next friday now, hopefully you will have your cheques by then:)

Yes Di, I went through some of the pages when your cheques started paying out, it was very exciting to read through it all, and so many of you.:D Keeping fingers crossed! I've started looking everyday to see how thing are progressing - I'm hooked!!:)

Well the cheque arrived this morning......I am so chuffed!!!!!! (you can tell I dont know how to do big colourful letters lol)

And its already in the bank LOL.

Well Im now thinking about everyone still waiting to hear, it was a nightmare and I hope you get your cheques soon.
