We'll try again tomorrow, thanks Di for replying. When I think we started this in July 2009 then recieved a letter six month later to say they couldn't take it any further and to now start it up again with extra info this July 2010 its been a long haul! Hopefully it won't be too much longer. I am determined to get through tomorrow and to find out what info they need from the lender and if necessary ask the lender for it!:exclamati
Yes i know what you mean.:)
And you will get through it - I promise.;)
I think it may be in regards of the calculations/interest they require from the lender, so they know what they are working on.
This was in our case anyway.;)
Hope you get through to them tomorrow - fingers crossed XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Will let you know as soon as I can tomorrow! Thanks for your support0

Hi Purrycat, I've been searching through past posts and this is the info they need from the lender:DearWe are still waiting for a response from C&G, we cannot move forward with it until we have had a response from them so if you would like to chase them up that would progress the claim more quickly. The claim is being dealt with XXXXXXX XXXXX so if you have any information then please forward this to her as soon as you get a response from C&G.we need the following information:Ø Total interest charged to date on the original premium element of £8,492.50
Ø The amount of any redemption fee payable if the premium element of £8,492.50 is repaid to the loan
Ø The rates of interest applied to the loan from inception, including the dates they were applied
Ø A statement of account showing monthly payments made so far in relation to this agreement
Hope this helps
