Judging by what I've been reading on here, I expect to be waiting around 12 weeks, but it will be worth it. At least it should be a LOT less than some on here had to wait.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
Rang today but whoever is dealing with our claim had day off, but apparently they are still waiting on our current lender to supply some information, not sure what this is. Last week we had two different people looking after the claim, both have now left so we are onto the third person, unfortunatley keeps delaying our claim. Getting quite frustrated now will ring on Monday.:(0

We've had final decision by FSCS- they didn't realise we were due NCB this year, so figures they quoted were incorrect, even though we checked and double checked the facts with them. Therefore, even though they admit their error.... it's tough really.
Can not believe they can get away with this. Haven't we been through enough already? Weren't they supposed to support and help us?
does anyone know who regulates them?
Hiya
So may I ask, are the FSCS still paying out?
I am not sure who they are regulated with, maybe they have some info on that on their website perhaps.
Wishing you luck with this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hiya
I remember going through something similar, but its been almost a year since our payout.
This is procedure when they wait for info from the lender, probably figures, and they do tend to use a few claims handlers whilst going through the process of the claiming, then when they are done with these, they will send the details back to the FSCS to arrange a payout, hope you receive some positive news next week, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hiya
I am aware this is standard of what they tell people, and someone else was told the same thing before, but to what I remember within weeks they were paid out.
I do really think it depends who you speak too, but I do also know on their paperwork it says about 6 months. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
