Really fed up, just answerphone Friday and today, so rang our lender today and was told they haven't been approached for any details. Two weeks ago we signed a form for them to go to our lender.:mad: Not sure what is going on.

I know its a right pain in trying to get through, but keep at them and I remember being told the same thing by the lender and yet it was then confirmed by Deloittes/FSCS that they did receive the details they required.;)

We'll try again tomorrow, thanks Di for replying. When I think we started this in July 2009 then recieved a letter six month later to say they couldn't take it any further and to now start it up again with extra info this July 2010 its been a long haul! Hopefully it won't be too much longer. I am determined to get through tomorrow and to find out what info they need from the lender and if necessary ask the lender for it!:exclamati
