Hello........ Well FSCS came back to me today and told me that the insurance policy is ambiguios and does not add up...(whatever that means) and will now be referred back to Deloittes again.

They wont tell me how long or anything, can someone please advise or give me some tip on what I can do to speed any of this up!!!

    Thanks again

    Hi Helen

    Hope your well.

Sorry to hear of your issues here,. I have heard a lot of this happening within the FSCS where it the case has to be again referred back to deloittes.
So something is amiss then, maybe the calculations do not add up and need reviewing again.

If you in any hardship at all, let them know - this may help to speed things up for you.

Please keep us posted, good luck.;)

Funky, I still got my NCB after I had received my cheque from Deloittes.

As long as you haven't missed a payment with Picture or cancelled the ppi you should still receive it.

I hope everyone on this board are keeping well and that those still waiting news have a positive outcome soon.

    OMG!!!

I today received my compensation from FSCS!!!

The whole process from sending off the forms was less than a month - I am in total shock,
can't tell OH face to face as he is working away tonight, but I will phone him when he is parked up so he doesn't crash his wagon lol.

What a shocker nearly 6 big ones - yipee!

Without all of your kind comments, encouragement and support I would not have even tried to get this money back. :j :j :j

    THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!! x x x
