Hi Shaz, just been reading your post. I think you will need to download form and then complete it, as you will need a signature on it. A lot of companies only allow to to download and complete yourself.
As Di says give as much info as possible and send as much paperork as you can. Also remember to keep copies of anything you send. The SINGLE PREMIUM is probably enough for you to win your claim but put down every reason you can think of. Everybody appears to have been paid out so I don't see how you will be any different.

Hi di, hope you too are well. I don't seem to have much time lately to post, but I do try to check in as often as I can. Our Picture thread has really gone quiet now. When you think back a few months it was sooooooooooooooooo busy, but that is a good sign. I see there is still no post from Bodkins!!

Hi guys, thanks for your replies, you say about downloading it..well tonight I have gave up trying to get it to work so I have printed it and am completing it the now and was just going to post it in...I think this should be okay?? I have basically said about having no idea that we were paying interest for a full 15 years on insurance which only lasted for five years................aahh this is harder than I thought :-(

If you any copies of the loan agreement etc, send a copy to the FSCS, they do normally ask for these details.;) X

Hi, okay the email says its a questionaire to provide them with the relevant information, they havent asked for anything else to be sent..this probably means there will be further forms after this one asking for us to send info?/ whats your thoughts??

Sorry to not have got back to you sooner, had some visitors so had to sign off for a little while.:D

Yes anything you feel that will help your case send, but if you can only in copies, in case they mislay and ask for them again, this have happened with some unfortunately, but it have quietened down now, so maybe this will not happen now.;)
