Amounts Paid over a period of 15months - £4778.92 (Increased monthly payment from 315 to 339 per month during this period)

    Hi,
Just to let you know you are not on your own - I am also waiting for news on my claim against picture. I only heard from deloittes (forgive spelling, papers not at hand) a few weeks ago to say there initial investigation was complete and they will SHORTLY start processing my claim.
Patience is not one of my better features :(, but hey there has got to be an end to this at some point - keep positive no news in "writing" is good news - keep the faith! :T :T :T

Don't worry about this. Exactly the same thing happened to our and it was sent back to Deloitte. Something didn't tally with the calcs. It all worked out in the end, they just have to be sure everything is correct.
    Good luck

Well after the FSCS said they would call me back - NOT........ I decided to call them again, to now be told it is with there legal team and a mail has been sent chasing them on the matter and it has been with them since 30/03/2010, so not looking good....

The gentleman I spoke to said to ring back next Tuesday if no one has contacted me...... I really, really am getting nervous now and keep thinking what they going to say next......He did say that if it is non successful I can resubmit though, but not sure if I will as if rejected once would be again...

Now getting very down about it all.............. but once again thank you all for your supporting words...... I think my patience went out the door a while ago...

    Hi there

    Thanks for your update.

I would not worry honestly, this sounds normal of the FSCS and deloittes, you will be fine I'm sure of it.;)
