Thank you for your support, it's very much needed :A
I returned the supplementary questionare to Delloittes last week, so don't really know how long it will take or what happens next.
We've had 2 NCB's so I guess we'll be stuck in the pile waiting on them deciding what to do with them.
We're in such a financial mess that anything we get back will be a Godsend, just so hope we get something back & soon.0 -

Hi there
This is one of their procedures with their questionnaires.
I would if you can as well let both the FSCS and Deloitte aware of your financial circumstances, and request if they can deal with this as one of their priority cases.;)
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I hope so Bushby.
I was quite hopefull that it would be dealt with quickly, but then losy hope when I heard some of the posters saying that there was a new hold up that didn't have a timescale for resolution.
I hope they make a decision soon, I've phoned FSCS & Deloittes twice each & all they say is they are dealing with it. Its so infuriating.0 -
Keeping a regular eye on this thread, in hope there will be a payout for someone soon, or you all for that matter, so come on Delottes and FSCS..........please, our folks here have already been waiting long enough.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0

Hi hun, hope your well.;)
Since the start of 2010, they seemed to have really slowed down haven't they?
I feel for them all, still waiting.
Hi di, i'm well and hope ypu are also. I haven't posted much lately but have been keeping a close watch. To be honest I needed to get away from it for a bit and chill out. It had taken over everything for such a long time:eek: Your right it has really slowed down, but surely there can't be many more left to be settled. I do hope it is very soon for those left. We know exactly how they are feeling and the pressures they are under!!! and it is not a nice place to be in.

I'm sure they must still have some kind of timescale to adhere to. It will not be allowed to go on indefinately!dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
Hi,
I called deloittes this week for an update.
Was told that the issues re the ncb have been resolved but they are now awaiting updated info from the lender( f/plus)
as the previous info is now out of date.
They have said they can not give any idea of timescale as it depends on f/p and how quickly they reply.
My claim is being treated as a priority as I am on a dmp and had to give details of my budget etc.
I also asked if they can give any indication as to wether my claim is likely to be upheld. I was told it is fscs that will make that decision once they are provided with the info they have gathered. So who knows!
I will call again this week and keep you posted.0
