had a email from delloites today regarding this so say no claims bonus issue they said if i have not heard back from fscs with final response by the end of febuary then i should chase up more i hope it dont drag on that long as i get my cashback end of march

That would be really unfair if they drag it out until after the NCB is claimable. I would just keep on at them in the hope it shifts their asses.:)

Hi all, I've been watching this thread for some time now (been a bit shy!) & I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for keeping us picture claimers updated.

I probably would have give up before now!

Yeah you know what there like i best thats what bloody happens seams funny cashback due in probally 3 weeks they reckon il here about 2to 3 max there doing my head right in every time you ring its different they dont have a clue i dont think:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Just put the phone down on do littles and they are awaiting some more info from p#####e which they have promised to send them on the 8th of February so they are hoping that things should be resolved in about a month.
I did explain that I have not heard if my contract would be renewed as it finishes march 6th and I will be in financial hardship come march 7th (if they are going to renew they usually give me 4 weeks notice and this time they haven't so things are not looking good here).
I then asked if there was anyway they could tell me if :
a. It was going too be upheld
b. Could they quicken things up

and the answer was no to both, I really don't wish to know of the sums involved but a yes or no answer would help greatly as I would be able to pay off some debts or declare myself bankrupt I really am at the end of a rope here and beginning to lose all hope all I want is a straight answer iss that too much to ask for I hate picture they have ruined so many peoples lives I really feel like driving there burning sodding picture house to the ground they are nothing but a bunch of loan sharks I really have no idea what I'm going to tell my wife I can't tell her things are going to be ok as I no longer believe this or can tell her this she spent the money she got for her birthday on a weeks shopping so we could eat
sorry but I had to get this off my chest I shall have to do my best to avoid her today as she can tell if I'm lying and I really can't do that today

what about putting the above in writing to the FSCS - it might make them speed things up - you never know !!

Just spoken with picture (thought I would try for a bit of compassion) all requested info will be sent on February 8th, apparantly fscs have moved the goal posts (his words not mine) and are now asking for additional info that they do not have to hand, they had put a process in place to deal with these as soon as info requested buy now they want something else, this is why mine and a few other peoples are being delayed. Do littles have said I should hopefully hear in a month things are getting very tight here and just to top of a bad day my wife has just been told that her recruitment and retention payments are being stopped say goodbye to £135 per month that's just bloody great (anybody got a spare couple of rooms for 2 adults 1 child and 2 dogs ?)
