All I can say is it better not be bloody 6 more months my contract at work runs out on the 6th march and I haven't heard if they are going to re-new it yet. I spoke to Deloittes yesterday and was told that it wouldn't be much longer now. No mention of things being put on hold? How strange.

Hi all, Im new to the forums and have no idea what im doing really but I would like to let the peeps out there that are reclaiming missold insurance not to give up. I received a cheque today for 16k from the FSCS that covered my missold ppi with Picture Finance, it dosnt help with the loan that im still repaying through Target which hasnt changed which was the biggest mistake of my life ( having a secured loan loan to pay off debts) and which only made things worse but at least I can now pay off a few other debts caused by the domino effect of the secured loan now!! I may be requesting debt help in the future if anyone can point me in the right direction ? good luck to all Kim xx

Congratulations on yet another win with picture:T:T:T:j:j:j I think Picture were the biggest mistake for all of us:mad::mad:

Was you claim in long before you rcd your cheque.

Thanks for the welcome note busbyh, I think it was nearly 12 months ago when I originally claimed for misselling, My claim number was in the 200's it was then passed onto Deloittes when Picture folded, to be honest I had given up expecting anything back but im so glad I persevered, reading the posts on here gave me more hope. Power to the little people I say Kim x

hi guys when i spoke to delottes last week at varrious points this was not mentioned to me and we did discuse the ncb and he said as i canceled my policy that wouldnt affect me so seems everyone getting told different again thats a suprise:mad::mad::mad:

Hi Di hope ur all doing ok hun not holding my breath to here anything coz they just seem to be telling everyone different stories dont think they know wats going on themselves hun oh well nowt new there then eh :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:hopefully we will get to the bottom of it one day

I feel for you all still waiting, well I'm sure it will all be worth it but when you need your money now, it can be very frustrating can it?
