Was told that the issues re the ncb have been resolved but they are now awaiting updated info from the lender( f/plus)
as the previous info is now out of date.
They have said they can not give any idea of timescale as it depends on f/p and how quickly they reply.

I also asked if they can give any indication as to wether my claim is likely to be upheld. I was told it is fscs that will make that decision once they are provided with the info they have gathered. So who knows!

Hi hayston, if it is now with the fscs you shouldn't be waiting too long(hopefully). Did they say which way the decision went re NCB.

Yes I find it can get too much, which is why the last few days I have also made sure of a break inbetween. So I don't blame you.

Hi busbyh,

They did not give any indication as to what the outcome of the ncb issues were. I did try to find out but they do not give much away.
I just hope after all this time it goes in our favour.

Someone has posted on CAG that they have had a payout of just under £15 000 so hopefully more cheques will be on the way.

I hope this week brings positive news for all of you still waiting.
