i have only ever heard one claim declined then they won again so hopefully we all win if not it is such a long stressfull wait so say the ncb info has been recived and will be looked into and then sent back to the fscs asap

When he asked what the likely timescales would be he was told that they can't give any timescales, but if he hadn't heard from FSCS within the month to give them a call.

I don't know if I should be excited or upset.

I just wish they could say its likely to be successful or not.

I'm sure it will be ok. The one person who was declined won on appeal.

Hi Busbyh, Thank you for the advice. I have contacted FSCS today and they say I have a claim. I will get cracking right away and keep you updated with my progress.

Hi everyone

Have spoken to Deloittes today and they have all the info from Picture so are now passing my case on to an assessor who will look at it and then pass it on to the FSCS.

Does anyone know how long this will take and they could not give me an answer over the phone

Hopefully it will not be too long now then hun, with mine when it was completely assessed with Deloittes they passed the info on to the FSCS within a few days and they check over all the details, and if all in order, they then make arrangements to issue the cheque payment.

I do hope you receive this soon hun.:)

I just thought I would post this as I know there are a few people in the same boat as me waiting for all the info from Picture so Deloittes can move on with their cases.
