Well there ends today's good news, well for me anyhow. Spoken with my contact Anna at deloittes today, not only we did take out a loan with picture we took out another very soon after, picture have given all the info required for the first loan but nothing for the second, I'm at my wits end now I'm furious I think I should phone bloody picture up and tell them to deal with this and now I have no money now non at all and bills to pay next month and the money I'm paying them sodding pirates would help and until they hold up their end of the deal and pass on the info that has been requested by the fscs which has not been sent they can kiss my !!!! for what is theirs I'm f*****g furious I am so angry

You must have the same contact as me. Can Anna not push for the info to be sent out. Have you explained the situation you are in.

She said she would have to speak to someone higher up the chain, the guy at picture has taken my number as the compliance department are not there and hopefully someone will ring me later guess what hopefully they can go and screw themselves for their money as well, I believe I have 3 months before they start trying to reposses my house so for at least the next 2 months they can get stuffed and even then I'm going to go down the route of an IVA to spin it out longer

Anna is my contact as well, I am in arrears with Picture and have had a default notice from them. I had let her know this but is doenst seem like it has made any difference, I was told by the FSCS to write to a contact there to get it made a priority case, so may be worth trying that.

Dont worry once you get in arrears you'll find you win the lottery a few times every day.
