I's sure they'll be ok. She has until MArch, so more than likely will find something before then. Got to stay positive. At least she will be rid of most of her debts, which is a plus. Imagine if she hadn't won, could have been in a far worse position. If I recall the same thing happened to Honey 2 with her husband being made redundant and also your OH is still looking for a job di.
xx.
Seems like we are being punished for claiming back. :eek:0 -

:j:j:j:beer::beer::beer: Well done buzbyh - so pleased for you (and your daughter) what a great mum you are!
I only won mine cos my own great mum kept my loan docs in a drawer for many years because I had told her at the time there was something not right about the loan I had taken out. She kept them for over ten years after I had moved out.
Yeeha for all great mums out there:money::money:0 -

Hi Buzbyh - she also sent down in the envelope some embarassing photos with x boyfriends & dodgy haircuts (after spending years convincing my hubby I had always been satoricaly elegant as well) but the thousands of pounds received in missold PPi made up for it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: that's one of the things we are good at finatra:D:D i've got loads of those of my two, the dodgy haircuts are great, chiffon scarves tied in a bow was one of the best ones:D:D:D the thing is they really thought they looked fab. They will always bring about some good laughs:eek::eek::eek:dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
marshallka wrote: »Its because of rule of 78 used in Charliesmacs settlement and it should not have been. The agreement was over 25K so unregulated and charliemac settled in 2007 (which was after it was abolished for unregulated loans) so it should not have been used at all. I have just done some working it out using the rule of 78 calculator and charliemac actually paid MORE than that even. Seems like there were also fees added for early settlement?????So wrong and very unfair. I had it used in my agreement.[hi there could i ask you about rule 78, if you don't mint posting the basics, sharon666, many thanks, to me its you can't borrow over £25,000, is that with interest or after interest, very interested in this rule 78, big thanks]0
