pinknico. it states on the FSCS breakdown re-PPI
"this is the amount paid when policy cancelled in AUG 2008". Do you mean that Picture have automatically deducted this from our balance before it was paid off. When I think about it, they are telling other claimers any ins rebate due will come off the balance of the loan.
I think moggy remortgaged to pay her loan off and i'm sure FSCS didn't deduct any rebate from her figure. Will check with her when she comes back on

Yes I believe Picture did deduct this from your balance before it was paid off.

hi moggy, so did they deduct this from the amount,
Did you receive any rebate that you are aware of when you finished the loan. Sorry I think I was getting you confused with pengi.

    Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has had any good news re Loanmakers.

I have made a claim to fscs and now that they have been declared in default I am hoping my case will now be dealt with.

Is anyone in the same boat?

    Thanks

    Hi there

Yes your right in regards that they have been declared in default, I imagine it won't be long and you should hear something.

I'm sure someone was recently successful in regards of loanmakers that posted up on here not so long ago.

Give the FSCS a ring for an update, they will check this out for you, good luck and please let us know how you get on, cheers.
