Hello Busbyh you did receive a refund that you didn't see. Remember that your payments went down by £2 a month? this would have been taken into account on the settlement figure even though Picture wouldnt have broken this down for you. Remember what Barloo first complained about and then understood? Yours is only difference in that they cancelled the PPI early , took off £600 odd pounds, lowered your monthly payments and then you settled.

Or they have pulled a fast one!

On the settlement the PPI refund was zero as you had already cancelled.xx

This just means you had no further PPI refund at time of settlement

That looks ok Busbyh, you just need the lady to reassure you that at the time you cancelled the PPI in 2008 £698.10 was removed from the loan total and was not included in the settlement figure.

But I expect that it is all fine it is just Picture not giving breakdowns again to customers but the FSCS will have everything broken down and would have spotted any funny business!

Hi pnknico,I see what you are saying but we settled the loan 3 months after cancelling the PPI so only rcd 3 months of reduced payments, which amount to about £10 at most:confused:

Does not mean there was never any PPI refund.
