Great news about Honey's friend :j

I'm feeling more optimistic about our claim now!!

We must be ok now chickpee. The transcript of the phone call they had of honey's friend was in detail. The call centre advised her of everything, even saying about the cooling off period. Don't think she missed anything!!
Lets hope it won't be much longer for us:j

Just making sure on this now, but in regards of the NCB, I take it its only in regards of active but not settled loans, is that correct folks?

Yes di, that's correct. When you finish the loan, the Insurance automatically ends with it, as there is no loan to cover
