No, I’m afraid it hasn’t been received up until now.
On a more positive note, we have this afternoon received the latest batch of info from Target and I have noticed your name on it! Fingers crossed that I will now have all the correct info from them to progress your claim. I will look at it in more detail tomorrow.

No, didn't contact him today di, thought I would give him a rest from us, as he has been really patient with me, never once lost his cool. Will let him get on with it (for a few days) at least. I was like that on Monday, when receiving the email from deloitte to confirm they had received everything they required, I thought "right better just let them get on with it for a few days"
However, by Wednesday I could not resist but send an email.:o
Even though we did not hear until today, and that was the FSCS and not deloitte lol

Just caught up with todays posts (took half day from work & went to debenhams sale) Things are starting to look up for you guys again.
