It probably only taken them a few minutes to assess ours lol, not a great deal due, but still be happy as it will help, it will not cover the whole mortgage arrears but it will be of some help towards it.:beer:

yes i agree, they shouldnt be allowed to treat people like this, you should know everything thats happening here, at the end of the day you have had all this stress and it is about time they started treating people with a bit of common decency. i think they love having the upper hand, how hard is it to update people? this insurance bit stinks

I e mailed them (FSCS);) but had no reply - e mailed them on the [EMAIL="enquiries@FSCS"]enquiries@FSCS[/EMAIL] address is that the right one?

Don't think they will reply to that one, not until Monday at least. I use my case worker when I pluck up the courage to do so. Can't beleive I am like this as I am normally quite assertive, this it what Picture have done to me:mad:and things like this would not normally bother me. Think it's just being a little afraid of the response, in case it's negative.:o
