Thanks Di I will be ringing monday morning , and will ask to send me a copy which i will fax to deloittes too. Busbyh just how reliable is your water ?!! lol

    Hi Bob, your welcome.;)

Basically all it is that deloittes want is an update statement on your mortgage, this is what they sent us to send deloittes, which just shows the monthly repayments up to now and the rates.

If you do have an update statement Bob, this would also help as well.

See when deloittes asked for details from C&G our mortgage lender, I assumed they wanted the calculations as from the breakdown of the loan, but this is in regards of the interest that is still being paid within the mortgage, something like that.

The email we received over a weeks ago from the FSCS clarified this with us.
    This here:
    Dear Mr and Mrs

Thank you fo your E mails of 9 November 2009 and 12 November 2009 about your claim.

Part of your loan relates to the PPI premium and interest is paid on this.

This still applies when the loan is moved to another lender.

Therefore, we need information from C&G.

    Your sincerely

I would ring the FSCS when deloittes finally receives your details, give them 2 days from the time they receive the details, and you can chase this up with the FSCS instead of deloittes, maybe then these will contact deloittes for you on your behalf, to move them on with this for you.;)

There did seem to be a bit of a break with payouts do you think?

So I think they had to wait for the funds before going any further, as it seems that suddenly we are all receiving more positive news, so HonestBob, I'm sure your one will be with this batch.
They will not take long to get on with your claim, as soon as they have these they will be on to it, the possibly deloittes will fax this through to the FSCS as the quickest method.;)

That's right di, there was a break. Maybe it was funding, but I think it was probably Deloittes waiting for this batch from Target. If you remember they have been waiting on Target for about 3 weeks.
I'm sure we will all be on the list:jI will email FSCS now and then they will have it for Monday, or tomorrow if they are in on overtime

    Yes, it does di.
I have just emailed a contact we had at FSCS. He is normally quite quick with his responses.
