    Hi everybody glad to see you are all positive thiis week, got really annoyed thursday after ringing deloittes, they told me they were still waiting for my mortgage company to respond, i spoke to my mortgage provider last week and the week before and on both occasions they told me they were just about to send information i gave them a rocket and they reassured me that they would sort it within 24 hrs and ring me to confirm which they havent !! I can,t remember the last time i missed a payment to them but i am pretty damn sure it didn,t take them three weeks to contact me !!
    Kinda resigned myself to the fact i will not be getting a cheque this side of christmas, so rant over have a gr8 weekend and best of luck all of you for next week

    Have you asked them to fax it over to deloitte.
    I received a reply to an email I sent to deloitte last Thursday, andd they said they have still not rcd my info from BS, but on a more positive note another batch of info has been rcd from Target with our name on it. I think yours could be in this batch also. Apparantley it's a big spreadsheet they send through.
    Don't despair, I am hoping we are all sorted this side of Christmas. I feel we are in for some good news this week, - I can feel it in my water:D

    I didnt receive the email until about 4.30

    I am still having trouble with dealing with stuff in my siggies, will get my oldest to take a look at it when he is ever home......:confused:.

    Hope you well.

    Oh no your not still waiting?:eek:

    Bob do what we did and ask that your mortgage provider send you the details, if they work Sundays, ask them to post them out to you, then hopefully by Tuesday you shall receive these, then you can fax them to deloittes, or if you have a scanner, scan them up and attach by Email, so this may even be ready for the next Weds batch.;)
    Maybe your mortgage provider are open now?
    Do you have a fax machine, maybe they could even fax them to you.
