It really does feel it's been forever moggy, but i'm sure it is nearing the end. The light at the end of that tunnel must be getting br:Dighter.

We would have been lost without one another on this thread and wouldn't have had a clue what was going on. It has actually kept us all sane, I think
and just to think we thought we were the only one in this boat hopefully we will all be sorted out by xmas now wouldnt that be nice:j

The email from deloittes yesterday did state, if they do require further info, in case anything is out of date they will request for this, but I can't see anything that can be out of date now, as its a settled loan, and now that they have the mortgage details, and also the lenders details a while back, this isn't going to change as that one is settled as well.

They did also state that they will not know the decision on this yet, which made me anxious, as I assumed they must have agreed to it, and that was why they wanted the mortgage lender details, I could be wrong though......

Hi di, I think they say that about the decision as really their hands are tied in as much as they can tell you.
I would think to request the mortgage details, it has been agreed to.

That's right, well originally we were told almost 5 weeks ago, it was already dealt with and passed back on to the FSCS, so a misunderstanding there somewhere along the line, then to be told it was still with Deloittes, they said they will treat it as a priority case due to our current hardship circumstances, time will tell I suppose.

Good luck to all and hope the remaining of us receives some good news before the end of this week.
