I agree busbyh, we were told that all Deloitte were waiting for was the details from C&G, and as they already have everything else, they just required the mortgage details in order for them to get on with it, so here's hoping now they confirmed they received these yesterday, that they do finally get on with them.
Like you said, with it being a fixed mortgage it should be more or less straight forward, here's hoping and to everyone else as well.:beer:

Our loan was quite similiar to yours and we remortgaged.
Just hoping it won't be long for us all now. It does appear the one's that have refinanced are being left to last:mad: deloittes have had all our info for several weeks now though.

is it to late for me to contact fscs. as my ppi with picture i have now found out only lasts for 5 years and only my husband is covered not me even though it is a joint account

Not bad going really then.;)

Many on here started their claims with the FSCS over a year ago, claims were made ready whilst waiting for the business to go into default, so if yours is sorted at this stage that would be brilliant, good luck.:beer:

Does sound good moggy. Deloitte told us that if we didn't have a strong case they would not be requesting the extra info:D

Of course its not too late, go for it.
Contact them for a claim form, get this in with as much info as possible, copies of agreements, and info like that in relation to Picture.

hi there when we were sent an e mail to ask for info from our mortgage lender they told us that was the only thing holding everything up,its maybe to see how much interest you are still paying on that ppi,if you borrowed to pay them off because theoretically you are still paying interest on it.:o

We remorgaged to get rid of Picture, best thing we did

hi there busbyh,to be honest i dont think deloittes would have gone to all the trouble of asking for the info,fingers and everything crossed to everybody!!!:rotfl:
