I am now wondering what details Deloittes require in order to get on with the claim, (the details of C&G), because it seems that C&G have sent us a copy of what they have or going to send Deloittes, but it does not seem like a lot of info......

The letter we received from C&G today was:
Dear Mr & Mrs XXXXX
Account number XXXXXXXXXXX
I refer to our telephone call of today's date (which was then 6 November 2009).
I can confirm that the above mortgage was drawn on 31 August 2007 for £XXX,XXX.XX.
The current monthly instalment is £XXX.XX calculated on an interest of 5.89%.
I trust this information is of assistance to you.
Yours sincerely
Senior Operations Manager

Surely this just isn't it that Deloittes need to know?
It may be a case of contacting them all again, does anyone know what Deloittes actually need to know altogether, I assumed it was all the details of the remortgage etc, like what was included in that remortgage? The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thank you amersall.:AXxx
Yes I admit its doing my head in........
I will scan that letter to my computer and email it to our senior case handler, and see if thats what she wants, I expect though its the same as C&G will send them anyway, maybe a total waste of time......
.
I can't see why the case handler don't contact them by the contact details shown on this letter, I may suggest that, I think that may be the only way.The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Morning all.
Not been on for the last week cos have been away with work. Glad that a few more cheques have been handed out.
I spoke with Deloitte yesterday and I was told that a decsion has been made on our case and it has gone over to FSCS either yesterday or early next week. He did mentions a 'letter' being sent out, not a cheque so I am a little unnerved.
Also the way Di and Pengi have been treat gives me very little hope of resolution. I guess I will just have to wait til the cheque lands. I am afraid that they are telling me a load of (r4p too .... its nail biting!!!
I would think the letter will have the cheque with it. Several posters have been unnerved by this and they received their cheque's

I would think they need more than this di, We sent them details from BS with varying % rates and they still needed more.

Yeah thats what I thought......
.
I remembered earlier I have an SAR from Lloyds TSB, where the details of the mortgage are enclosed, will have to dig them back out, but just as long as we know what actual details they do need I could always scan them to the computer and attach by email to them.
Your right though, I could have told Deloittes more than that, C&G not very helpful at all......
Hope your well hun.;)XXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
