    Yeah that's right, I do know of a few who have cases with TWOPART as well, but not as many as Picture, I think though not many may know the procedures of the FSCS if a company have gone bust.
    The numbers are coming down slowly, and surely it will be our turn soon enough.:AXxx

    Hi marshallka, there are some posters whose claim only went in a few months ago and have been paid out. Think Alyson's was May 09 and sure there was another this week that had only been a couple months:confused:

    If they do complete in 6mths that will take us to Jan/Feb, I really hope it is before that

    Morning all.

    Not been on for the last week cos have been away with work. Glad that a few more cheques have been handed out.

    I spoke with Deloitte yesterday and I was told that a decsion has been made on our case and it has gone over to FSCS either yesterday or early next week. He did mentions a 'letter' being sent out, not a cheque so I am a little unnerved.

    Also the way Di and Pengi have been treat gives me very little hope of resolution. I guess I will just have to wait til the cheque lands. I am afraid that they are telling me a load of (r4p too .... its nail biting!!! :eek:

    I do hope you hear this coming week, I think they just say letter and do not always let on about the cheque, depends who it is.
