            hi jadone, if the interest is being frozen, you should have asked legal about making an arrangement to clear the arrears, i would not think that they can make you pay all arrears back(not sure on that though) but if you dont are you still in the firing line for repo? i am not an expert on this but you should ask legal for more info about this, i am sure you can come to an arrangement . about your account but you need to ask them. sorry i cannot be any more help xx i wish first crap would now freeze my interest-- and then i woke up lol0

            Ah TY Busby. I found a v good letter that somebody had written re after cca 'ing a loan getting the FP to remove the default status they unlawfully placed on your CRA file. !!! Cant find it anywhere and its driving me nuts.

 On a Picture front, things seems to have gone off the boil a bit. I wonder just how many lurkers on the thread there are? Also do we know if FSCS going to be writing to all PICTURE clients or does it require the claimant to make the initial complaint.If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! 0 0

            someone asked if the fscs had deducted years 3 & 4 from my claim , and that is correct..
 i guess the 5th year ncd is still oweing..
 Cant stress this enough NetABC, this is your money !!!! The more people that send back that letter to them re those circustances, surely the FSCS are going to sit up and think "Hang on a sec, I think we mightve actually made a boo boo!!!"
