hi jadone. if i were you i would pay the arrears, i am no expert but as you said you nearly lost your home, if you dont pay the arrears you will still be in the same position. this is just my opinion i dont know if anybody will agree with me , but i would clear the arrears and then you are back on track. if you had no arrears i would say stuff em!! but your secured loan is a priority with the arrears. i would hate you to pay unsecured debts, when you could be at risk of losing your home again. this is just my opinion but that is what i would do, good luck with this xxx

    Hi folks.

    Hope your all well.;)

Not heard anything up to now, but the union are supposed to be calling my hubby again later, however it seems they have also come to the conclusion of the mess up, and also said it seems obvious Deloittes did have the details a while back from C&G, and covered up, then only to ask for them again because they must have mis laid the these actualy documents.

Good luck to everyone still waiting and hope all your stuff get sorted out with them very soon.

Totally agree amersall. jadone you must pay your arrears or, without sounding harsh, you could end up in that council flat you tried so hard to stay out of. It is a secured debt don't forget.

YOUR HOME IS AT RISK IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP THE PAYMENTS.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND I HOPE YOU GET IT ALL SORTED SOON XX

emailed FSCS at the same time as Deloitte. They have just replied and said they have checked to see where deloitte are up to and have confirmed they are still waiting for info from Target. As soon as this is received our claim will be completed.
I'm just hoping one or the other of them will push Target for the info required

    The wait goes on.

Don't seem to be getting anywhere di, there are posters here whose claim only went in a few months ago and have been paid (I am pleased for them) but it doesn't help our situation or yours does it.
