    Not a problem.;)
I understand though, that I did read earlier that they may consider BACS or Special delivery on request, hope you hear soon from them to confirm they have finally moved this on to the FSCS for payout, fingers crossed hun.

Would you request a BACS or Special, I would personally go for SPecial as if you go for BACS payment, is this classed as accepting their decision on the amount, as this is paid direct into your account:confused:

I do think in most of your cases, yes Special delivery, in my case its not a lot due back, but you do have a point here.

    Hi marshallka
Yes, they appear to have boobed good style here. It would appear the right does not know what the left is doing.

If I remember correctly honey was first told she couldn't claim, then she could and it was all very confusing.

I know initially I thought it would automatically have to be paid back to Picture, and was surprised that this wasn't the case. But as I have since found out I was totally wrong. At least they choice was left to us to use it as we will.

Do you recall anybody else who rcd the NCB and did not have it deducted from their claim. I can't think of anybody at the moment.

I'm sure the FSCS will be surprised when the letters start coming in, as if it wasn't for this site we would not know how, when or what was being paid out. They will need a good explanation for this one.

I am glad for Honey though, at least she didn't have it deducted from her compo.

As for the lenders marshallka, to be honest I don't really care at all about them, as at the end of the day, they never lose out, they will still make mega bucks in interest from those who still have loans with them. So if they lose out, that's tough:D

I think the reason they have been trying to get people to cancel the PPI is because it will cost them less to pay out in a rebate than it would in NCB and any future claims that may arise.

It will be interesting to see what FSCS come back with regarding this latest fiasco regarding the NCB.

It is nice to hear from you again and I hope you are well. Oh and I doubt very much that you are neglecting the family;)

This is the 3rd time I have tried to submit message and keep losing it. Hope i'm lucky:eek:
I was having problems yesterday with this site too. It will be interesting to see what the FSCS do if anything.

Not been too good just lately if I am telling the truth. Nothing I cannot handle though. ;)

As regards me neglecting my family, I am not really as they are able to do for themselves but as i am here at home at the moment then I try and help out as much as i can. Everyone is revising really for exams (including hubby!!). I am just learning as i go along:rolleyes:. Just wish I could get a good job to earn some good money;). We certainly need it but jobs are just so hard to come by now days.

Has anyone won yet who has repaid their loans? I know you have not yet but have not kept up with the thread to see? It will be interesting to see how they redress these?

Good luck for this week all the ones not yet won;).

Good luck to all the students there;) I'm sure you will get something, you have a real head for figures marshallka, you can take information in and retain it, I wish I could. all these rules and regs, you should work for the FSA:D
Even if you see something on the job front, that maybe doesn't seem as good as you would like, might be worth having a go, as sometimes once you get into somewhere and find your feet, you can then work yourself up from there, as i'm sure you know this already.

I'm not aware of anybody yet, who has paid off their loans, being paid out. I did think we would be easy, but obviously this is not the case:mad:
Can't even remember who they are now. Will have to post and ask
    Take care
