Time for more chasing up again...:mad:.
Deloittes emailed and confirmed they still not received the C&G details, by stating "they have not been advised, if they have been received yet", now what would that mean? Not been advised?
I take it the posting dept of Deloittes, but C&G said last Friday they were Faxing them through and the details were also sent by post on the 6 October......, time to ring the union.

C&G had obviously not sent the details yet, union told them its urgent, then C&G said it will take a few days......, yes please hun that would be great if you could do that, thanks again.;)XXX

as far as claims numbers go i sure i was very late entry ( early aug '09) and number into the 1000. No email, no phone calls just a letter the other week asking for some more info..

Now the annoying thing.., as i still have the loan, i have recieved ncd for year 3 & 4 do far which has been deducted from my claim( ty for the template letter, will dispatch asap) but what about the last year ? seems strange that they will allow that but not the years before..

pah.. :-)

Yes, I sent the letter off to FSCS today RD. We will have to see whther or not it bears any fruit?

Just to let you know that my cheque from fscs arrived today, the postman has just been. It's dated 29th October and the postmark on the envelope is also 29th October, 50p postage for an A4 envelope so 1st class post. I live in Cheshire.

I know my claim is not the same as most peoples on here but just to say a word of thanks to everyone for all of the postings and discussions and information which I have been reading on a daily basis for several weeks now. I really wish you all the very best of luck with your claims.

One final thing, I've just rung fscs again to enquire why some people received their cheques by Special Delivery last week and the chap I spoke to said that some people had phoned in to request Special Delivery and others had asked for BACS payments which he said they have been doing where requested. I asked him how they would organise a BACS transfer and he said that if people could either fax a copy of a recent bank statement (or scan it and email it to them) that would be suficient for them to arrange a BACS transfer. I would definately have asked for special delivery if I'd have known.
