We paid off our loan and have not had a cheque yet but they are:mad::mad: saying they have all the info from Target and C & G but after Di's experience they could well say that next week they do not have it!!!0 -

So I am not alone then. The way they have gone about di's is BAD. Just don't know what way they are working pengi, I thought those without a loan would have been easier to sort, but obviously not the case:mad:

Ahhh TY. Unfortunately I am not having much luck. Found a useful POST on another site in relation to another problem I got. Can I find it again ? No I cannot. I have seriously spent about 4 hours looking for it...............come out come out wherever you are.
Well my letter to FSCS arrived RD today. So somebody will have or will be reading it soon (one hopes).

I know what you mean - I suppose their excuse with us is that they have to contact target and someone else! No one who has had their cheque yet has paid their loan as far as I can work out!

yes they have, but it was something to do with the figures not adding up and they requested them again
this is what tey are waiting on. Deloittes did as k this week if we had cancelled the Insurance and if so did we receive a rebate and for how much.
I told them we did cancel , but received no rebate. someone asked if the fscs had deducted years 3 & 4 from my claim , and that is correct..
i guess the 5th year ncd is still oweing..0 -

More figures from target? They do seem to be making a real mess with those that have paid picture off:mad::mad:
