hi jadone. if i were you i would pay the arrears, i am no expert but as you said you nearly lost your home, if you dont pay the arrears you will still be in the same position. this is just my opinion i dont know if anybody will agree with me , but i would clear the arrears and then you are back on track. if you had no arrears i would say stuff em!! but your secured loan is a priority with the arrears. i would hate you to pay unsecured debts, when you could be at risk of losing your home again. this is just my opinion but that is what i would do, good luck with this xxx
