Spoke to C&G again.......:mad:, they have now agreed to FAX the info through the Deloittes, had to go through all the agro again, explain this and explain that!
So its obvious they did not again post by special delivery!

So we then rang our senior case handler who said will look out for these details, she admitted she is fed up of waiting as she has everything else apart from the C&G details and wants to get on with it.

Fingers crossed......maybe 3rd time lucky.

Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone else too.:beer:

Just received an email from Deloittes, our case handler who said she still not received the details from C&G, this was promised to us by C&G they would get on to this - this afternoon.

In anyone else's experience, how long would a fax take to get to these places?

To be honest I am doing my nut in.......:mad:, and just checking some details myself now......but checking the faxing numbers that were given us from deloittes (the case handler sent us her direct faxing number) well I notice there are just 10 numbers......:eek:, I thought like a telephone number there should be 11 of them......, but why on earth did I not even think of this before......:o.
Yep they both know, the case handler even apologised to us today, but still your right hun, loads of messing about.

Seems to have come to a standstill at the FSCS then? I wonder if they are looking a the way they have been redressing as they have not done this before have they?? Or maybe there are problems with Picture/Target and them? Has anyone posted winning the last couple of days? Perhaps they are still dealing with priority ones first and have a backlog of them. They do say about 6 months from when a company is declared in default don't they.

Hope you all hear tomorrow.;)

Yeah it seems that way doesn't it?

Hopefully there will be a big batchful in the new coming week, fingers crossed.;)

I take it your still waiting then hun?

Its annoying being told one thing, then another.

Mind you I must admit Deloittes have been contacting us on their own accord now especially today.

She said they have everything apart from the C&G details and said as soon as it comes through its just a matter of getting it all sorted, she said she aims to do this as soon as it comes through as the FSCS had been in touch with them about this case, as they told her they have also confirmed this as priority, and also said it should have been dealt with by now and the FSCS had been chasing them up about it apparently.

I think now though, (silly I did not realise it until now though):o, it looks like one fax number down.:o

I hope you hear soon, its not fair not to know what is what is it?

I bet if yours was requested around the same time as mine by the data handler the request has not been sent to target by the manager- they did say a batch was being sent today and that target usually respond the next working day! Maybe ours are in the same batch.
