How many of these cases are the fscs declining so far hopefully not to many Anybody have any idea.As everybody was ripped off

As far as we are aware, only one has been declined that we know of. But this is only from this site.

And yes, we were, all ripped off:mad:

Thats good to hear hopefully it stays that way I really dont understand what sort of amount that would be due back roughly.

I take it you have a claim in with the FSCS as well then in regards of Picture?

yes i do my claim is about number 416 i think i have not asked them at all what status is yet dont know anything what they do or pay

With all the information you have supplied to them, the FSCS is likely to pass your case to a company called Deloittes, who are helping out the FSCS, due to a number of claims they have to sort out.
Then Deloittes will look into the information and the calculations of the PPI, if the loan is still active or not....

I would maybe contact the FSCS who should be able to update you on your case, they should let you know if your case have yet been passed on to Deloittes or not, or maybe if Deloittes have already assessed your case, it may be back to the FSCS by now - as Deloittes pass back the cases they have completed, then they are reviewed by the FSCS, they then send a letter out with a Cheque payment if successful, but definately a letter anyway.
Up to now we only know of one decline.

Mine is with the FSCS/Deloittes but not about Picture, but about another company called Twopart ltd that went into default in September this year, I have not got a clue on the figures with mine yet - although with mine the loan is settled and I did to be fair have a good rebate, so I am claiming on the remainder of this and the interest.;)

PPI amount plus payments made to date.
FSCS pay first £2000 and 10% of remainder of claim
How long have you had the loan.
When did it go to FSCS and what reasons did you give for the missell

Yes thanks yeah got a claim in dont now how long they take or status of my claim will probally be ages yet but i can just hope before xmas would be very nice:j:j:j:j:beer:

about a month ago very late i know
