I have had the loan 3 years in march the ppi was 10750
The main reason for miss sell was that i when they gave there speach about ppi i stated i did not want it but they kept on and on .My sister who 50% owns my house could not be covered due to heart condition.but i recently noticed the insured person is actually my sister.
Also i did was not told that i would be paying 25 years for a 5 year policy Robbing !!!!!!s.
My monthly payment is 595 how much of that would be ppi
PPI amount plus payments made to date.
FSCS pay first £2000 and 10% of remainder of claim
How long have you had the loan.
When did it go to FSCS and what reasons did you give for the missell[/QUOTE]won so far Barclays Bank PPI £1416,littlewoods(Shop Direct Went to Fos £132),Lloyds £300, barclaycard £260.0

I take it you have a claim in with the FSCS as well then in regards of Picture?
Well hopefully it will not be too long, I don't think they are actually dealing with it as a number ref, if you have supplied all the information they have requested the chances are they are getting on with it now.;)
Mine have been with the FSCS since July last year in regards of Twopart ltd, and the FSCS sent my case to Deloittes at the beginning of July this year, but I have had a few hiccups with mine unfortunately, they did lost my paperwork twice at least.
Twopart ltd did not go into default until September but I think the FSCS just wanted to make an head start with it.
However, due to my current circumstances both the FSCS and Deloittes confirm they are dealing with my case as a priority case, yet we were ref number one anyway lol.
Hope you hear soon.:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

My loan is still active thanks for the help i will have to give fscs a call next week.Just hoping it does not drag on and on foreverWith all the information you have supplied to them, the FSCS is likely to pass your case to a company called Deloittes, who are helping out the FSCS, due to a number of claims they have to sort out.
Then Deloittes will look into the information and the calculations of the PPI, if the loan is still active or not....
I would maybe contact the FSCS who should be able to update you on your case, they should let you know if your case have yet been passed on to Deloittes or not, or maybe if Deloittes have already assessed your case, it may be back to the FSCS by now - as Deloittes pass back the cases they have completed, then they are reviewed by the FSCS, they then send a letter out with a Cheque payment if successful, but definately a letter anyway.
Up to now we only know of one decline.
Contact details of the FSCS here below and information on how they deal with the cases.

Mine is with the FSCS/Deloittes but not about Picture, but about another company called Twopart ltd that went into default in September this year, I have not got a clue on the figures with mine yet - although with mine the loan is settled and I did to be fair have a good rebate, so I am claiming on the remainder of this and the interest.;)won so far Barclays Bank PPI £1416,littlewoods(Shop Direct Went to Fos £132),Lloyds £300, barclaycard £260.0

My claim has been with FSCS since Sept 08, but they only went into default in August this year, so nothing could be done until then. I suppose it depends how straighforward your case is. Some have been paid whose claim only went in a couple of months ago, so you never know, could be soon.:Ddialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0

Hopefully you will hear sooner rather than later.
Not sure what your situation is like, but if your in any hardship in anyway - financially let them know, they may consider dealing with your case earlier for you on request.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

I'm not that good at working out how much of the repatment is PPI, but you should get the £10750 + 36 payments, maybe about £2800=13550
Take 10% off after the first £2000 maybe about £12,000 or thereabouts.
If you look at past posts some have posted their amounts. I will try to find some for you.
I think you have really good reasons for missell
Have you received your 3 year No Claims Bonus as FSCS have deducted this from the settlement figure . Some posters on here are now disputing this with them as we don't think it should be taken off.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0
