I take it in regards of calculations it will depend if the loans are still active and or settled, and if rebates already been deducted off a loan and so on, is that correct? if so the remainder can be claimed back......think that's right lol
, not everyone received a rebate though, or very little. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

thanks for the help i will keep my fingers and toes crossed for me and everyone elseI'm not that good at working out how much of the repatment is PPI, but you should get the £10750 + 36 payments, maybe about £2800=13550
Take 10% off after the first £2000 maybe about £12,000 or thereabouts.
If you look at past posts some have posted their amounts. I will try to find some for you.
I think you have really good reasons for missell

Yes that's right di. I have edited previous post as also there is the NCB to take into account, as we now know the FSCS are deducting this from the settlement figure, which can make it a lot less.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

Have you received your 3 year No Claims Bonus as FSCS have deducted this from the settlement figure . Some posters on here are now disputing this with them as we don't think it should be taken off.[/QUOTE]won so far Barclays Bank PPI £1416,littlewoods(Shop Direct Went to Fos £132),Lloyds £300, barclaycard £260.0 -

It looks that way di, can't wait to see what response barloo gets on this one, but i'm sure they will try to wriggle out of it:mad:dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

Yeah I can't wait to see what they say about this one.
Wasn't someone told that if they believed the calculations were wrong they had to return the cheques?
I think it would be wrong of them trying to get out of this to be honest, its just not on to treat people this way!The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Once they pay out in theory you are still paying for it cause they dont reduce your monthly payment do they so your paying fo the now claims bonus in the 25 years worth of interest on the loan. And it should be a totally seperate issue as it comes from the insurance companyDefo a botch up issue on the NCB though isn't it with the FSCS?, its not fair at all

Better for you it isn't due til then as if you have already been paid it the FSCS will deduct it from your settlement figure. I'm sure it will all be sorted for you before March.
There are other things FSCS take into account, like Insurance rebates and stuff, so best not to build your hopes on a particular amount. That's just a guide line I have given you.
