    It was only Sept 8th 2009 TWOPART went into default, but yet our case was with Deloittes right at the start of July, so yeah if we work it out like that then yes its long enough I suppose.

    Blimey.......:eek:, you have waited an heck of a long time hun, do you mind posting what ref number you are, someone may give you an idea of what to expect - around their own ref numbers etc.

    They probably are still working in chronilogical order, and as yours was sent in July, the chances are it will be the first, whether your ref was one or not, if you get my drift.
    Both things going in your favour. Being NO 1 yours was obviously the first claim form to be sent out by FSCS.
    Therefore you have to be top of the queue:D:D

    Well, I don't know now as ours was rcd by FSCS on 12th Sept 08.
    Is yours a straighforward case or did you remorgage

    Our ref is just under 300

    I was wondering about other Twopart claimants, I know there were a few on here before, but I have not heard any further from them.

    But yeah hun I get your drift.....:D:D:T:T.

    Hubby did say the guy was very well spoken but a nice guy, his name beginning with "J".;) (From the FSCS).
