    Just spoken to someone at Deloittes and it looks like we have a caseworker!! She very kindly put me on hold and went and got our file and was able to tell me what was in the file and what they were waiting on....info from C & G, but have the info from target. She was really lovely and said she would give C & G a ring to help speed things up!
    Rang C & G and they sent the required info today...by post! So maybe things are beginning to move from us.
    Really are hoping we have a valid case otherwise surely they would not be requesting the info and would just say no not valid before requesting it...if you get my drift!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Pengi, stay positive, we were told they would not request info from new lender if we did not have a very strong case. If we were not going to win, why go to all this trouble. This extra info is to work out the interest of the PPI part of the amount we borrowed from new lender.:beer:

    EDIT.

    Just on £9000 of our remortgage was the PPI amount and we have paid it for 12 months now. Thet told us we would be receiving the interest we have paid om this amount also. I had never thought about this until deloitte pointed it out.

    Brilliant, it should not take them long now from here then, I know as soon as Deloittes have all the info, they do crack on with it.

    Fingers crossed for you hunni.:beer:;)XX

    lol.......:rotfl::rotfl:.
    I remember it was about July 2008 (last year) we sent off the info to FSCS.
    It was only Sept 8th 2009 TWOPART went into default, but yet our case was with Deloittes right at the start of July, so yeah if we work it out like that then yes its long enough I suppose.

    The guy from the FSCS said, as we are priority he also said with us being the first one (REF number 1 also helps as well), yet I did not think they worked on these cases by the ref number.
