    I am PICFI00770 so am not holding out much hope for speed! Sat here laughing to myself , the lady at Deloittes said she went to get my file - can you imagine how many filing cabinets of files they must have! He! He!

    the ombudsman passed it on to them on that date thats when i got the letter saying it had been passed on
