He realised though when he phoned back that the info was passed back on to them from Deloittes over a week ago, and said he is aware we are a priority case, so they will get on to it as soon as possible.

But yeah its a job to know what to believe and I suppose at least he did ring back less than 5 mins after hubby called him, oh I thought I would check 1471 and it was withheld.

He has obviously checked then di. so hopefully now it won't be too long:beer:

Here is the email from Deloittes on the 16th Oct, they made a spelling mistake but its obvious what it was meant to be.

Dear,

The decision is made by Deloitte but then passed to the FSCS so they now how it and are possibly reviewing it. Give them a call for any queries and im sure they will be able to help you.

Yes we no longer have it. It may take a week or so to get there depending on whether the batch has been sent yet but it will be in thier hands.

This is the one we received from the FSCS on the 19th October, so that was over a week ago.

Dear

Thank you for your E mails of 16 October 2009 and 18 October 2009 about your claim for compensation against Twopart Limited.

We will write out with our decision on your claim as soon as we can.

I suppose though I may be not patient enough perhaps, because the last email from FSCS was that of only 8 days back.......:o, even though, now hubby called them - maybe they will move on quicker with this now, fingers crossed.:beer:
