So they still have not sent the info then from C&G?:eek:
Mine was remortgaged with them as well and hubby nagged them on the phone, where suddenly Deloittes said they received the info, when they emailed over a week or so ago.

Deloittes then confirmed that they sent ours back to the FSCS not last week but the week before, either on the Thurs or Friday, then last Monday the FSCS says they will be reviewing as soon as possible, we then heard later on last week to be told that a decision is due to be made.

That is confusing....., because the last thing Deloittes said to us was that they no longer had our claim it was passed back to FSCS, and that the FSCS will be happy to help with any queries.

i dont know whats going on hun it was the 17th they rang us and he told me it was being sent back to fscs they didnt tell me it was by carrier pigeon they sent it

Agonising is not the word! I feel sick every time i open this forum dreading reading that someone else might of had theirs rejected.:eek::eek::eek:By the sound of it yours will be through soon! think I will ring C & G again. Fingers and toes crossed for you. xxx

It can be very confusing can it?
I would though as Pengi suggested, ring Deloittes, and see what they have to say as well.;)

I know what you mean Pengi, its a worry....I told hubby if ours is rejected I will be requesting for an appeal, mine is not a lot but it would help us due to the current position we are in at this time, so hopefully this is a good sign and not a bad one.

I think any rejections would be at an earlier stage, this is my guess.

do you just use the same ref number as fscs wen u ring :rolleyes:
