Just waiting too see if my son-in law calls Deloittes again regarding Target saying they have received no request for information.
Thinking about the phone call to Target, they said there had been nothing noted on the account since January 09, this I cannot see as we do know there has been work done on it. So I am doubt they, Target, do update as they say.

Hubby rang, and at first the guy said it was still with Deloittes, and it will be a couple of weeks.....so hubby confirmed that on the 16 Oct Deloittes confirmed that they sent all the info back to the FSCS, and the FSCS said last Monday they were making a decision, so this guy then rang back and said they are going to deal with it as soon as possible, and that they are working through the claims as quickly as possible., so it doesn't look like this week.

    Cheers......

He realised though when he phoned back that the info was passed back on to them from Deloittes over a week ago, and said he is aware we are a priority case, so they will get on to it as soon as possible.

But yeah its a job to know what to believe and I suppose at least he did ring back less than 5 mins after hubby called him, oh I thought I would check 1471 and it was withheld.
