Hi Busbyh No problems hun I wasnt worried by your last post at all it is the fact that nothing seems to be happening the same old story ' we are dealing with now' I just cant see Target being in a rush to send all this info back and by then it might be too late for some of us. Not sure if what we all keep getting told is the truth or just what we want to hear. It is never ending:mad: I hope you are right though about nearing the end I dont know how much more of this I can stand

I think Target do need to get this sorted as quickly as possible. Can't see any point in them dragging their feet. At the end of the day if Picture have no money, we are paid out of the FSCS coffers- the money they have made from the fines etc from all the banks and finance companies.
Target are trying to get rid of as many customers as possible of the books. That is why they are offering to waive early settlement fees etc.
As you know they are not taking on any new business. Therefore it makes sense to get this sorted ASAP
They must have timescales to adhere to

Dialysis as long as someone at Deloittes know that Target have received the request for information then that is fine and as busbyh says if its with a case worker its one step closer.xxx

Yes that makes sense, but what worries me is that the FSCS and Deloitte are waiting for info they have asked Target for and if you hadnt rung Target then the FSCS and Deloitte wouldnt have known that Target hadnt received any info from them...

So to clarify Target hadnt received any request for ANY information regarding ANY claim not just yours?
Thats what the man at Target said,( however I never beleive all that they tell you )and he did say it would be another team at target which deals with this info. He said he would ensure any info faxed from FSCS/Deloittes would be passed to them
I think it is worth people contacting Target to chase up ;) After all we are never a priority when it comes to them sorting things out for us so I beleive we have got to keep them on their toes and make sure we are not forgot about!!!!:D I will be calling them either Wednesday or Thursday and will update you all.

Hi Busbyh I am right in saying that only beaniebabe and I had our cases go to the FOS in the beginning? The FOS did tell me that all our paperwork and details was passed to the FSCS, I am a little concerned though that a lot of people on here have heard from Deloitte with regards to their claims but the only info I have received is when I have rung them. I am sure beaniebabe is the same. I ring Deloitte or the FSCS every week and was told last week that we are priority and they had requested info from third parties, I took this to be Target or whatever they are called, and I am under the impression that they are waiting for this, and Deloitte had sent this to them. I am now a little unsure of what do to really and am totally miffed by it all. Like Beaniebabe we are really struggling to make ends meet and it seems to be one thing after another as regards to bills and things. My compo would make me solvent again, hopefully, and stop my repossession. But the longer this goes on the more likely it is that we will lose everything.
I have been told exactly the same thing and have been informed that the third parties are Target and the insurance firm as Deloitte need to confirm if the policy was claimed on and info in respect of the interest rates etc.
I informed Target that if they hurried up and supplied the information that had been requested by the FCSC / Deloitte then I would be in a position to pay them what I owed them. To be honest the man at Target seemed to agree and was very understanding. Give them a call dialysis, you have nothing to lose and it will put your mind at rest. I too have never received a letter from deloitte but have always been assured that my claim is priority and bbeing dealt with, I have no reason to doubt this info as the chap I spoke with at FSCS called me back to confirm this.:D

    Hi pinknico,
that could be the reason they did not receive a letter- because it was already being dealt with

Hello Darlings, just spoke to Deloitte and Target have been asked for information on ALL claims submitted to Deloitte so far. Ive been told they were sent a giant spread sheet, they cant say when the info will be returned obviously but once it is returned it will be passed on to case handlers.

    See you later busbyh.

When I spoke to DeloitteI asked if there was any update on my claim and she said no not yet. I then said does that mean you havent asked Target for any information about my accounts and she said "no ,no, we asked them for information for all claims on a big spreadsheet."
