Thank you busbyh!!
That is exactly what I thought when I read the letter, my husband was happy, but I thought no they are trying to pull a fast one here and later say that I have made a claim on the cashback policy and therefore it can't of been mis-sold.
I will call FSCS tomorrow and let them know.
Mmmmm, thats very interesting. I also am up for my PPI no claim refund in about a month. So I will be very interested to hear what the FSCS have to say as to what to do. Please keep us posted.
Many thanks. If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!0 -

Hi amersall and showergirl thanks for all your support through this mess. I dont know what to say but yes it is disgusting the way we have all been treated and I just wish there was something we could do about it, it is not right some of us, including me have been waiting now for 20 months that cant be right all the stress has got to have some effect on our health. I for one am not going to leave this issue of the long waits and will do everything in my power to put a stop to it and try to get the correct compo for our situations.:mad:0

I rang Target today and they confirmed they have received information from FSCS/ Deloittes. I asked if they had returned the completed info yet and was told they were currently working through it.
I asked how long it would take and was told they had no idea and could not put a time scale on it.
I stated that we had now been waiting two years for this whole thing to be sorted and asked if there was any way they could prioritise . They have told me they can not do this. Back to the waiting game. It annoys me so much that they don't give a damn about people who are struggling to make the repayments and they risk losing their home as a result of their incompetance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

That is blummin disgustng for the ones that may be at threat of losing their homes. Have they any idea of this and how having this PPI removed and the payments redressed could actually save some of those people from repossessions??
It stinks0 -
I really hope it does not take too long now beaniebabe, but I suppose if they have been asked for details of 600 claims it may take a while,DS1 12/10/04

Deloittes will priotise once Target give them the info, but Target are just working through a giant spread sheet of everyone who has a claim.DS1 12/10/04

The man that I spoke to gave me the impression that there was no priority cases and they were just going down the list sorting them out in order:mad:
I even asked him if I could be prioritised due to our circumstances that he was well aware of !! But he told me that no cases were prioritised and could not give me a time scale:mad:
I am even thinking of telling them they can not have my payment this month and to take me to court so I can tell the judge how unfair they have treated me.!! and beleive me if it comes to that I will take my story to the papers!!!!!:mad::mad:0 -

However I also get the impression that they have very few staff at target and I worry how long it could take them to return the info back. All I can do is nag them to death about it and I will!!!
I think they have a responsibility to appreciate that peoples homes are at risk and they now need to support people by doing their bit to prevent homes being lost and treat certain claims as a priority.
I have played the nice girl for too long now and now I want them to get their finger out sharpish and deal with my claim as priority before things get worse!!
I will not give up on this and they will be nagged until its sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:0
