Yes dialysis and I cant see it having to take that long to print off details of loan accounts if they have a team dealing with it. Target dont have to calculate anything and all information should be on their data base surely.

I don't think it will take long.

When I requested a detailed account of my payments from Picture, it was faxed to me within the hour.

They just need to go into the individual account and print of the details page.

This shows all payments made and how much interest has been taken from each payment.

Hello,
I am newly registered, but I have been following the Picture forum for months. I send my claim to FSCS in September 2008 and have received a few phone calls from Deloittes just asking for basic information.
My problem is that today Picture sent me a letter about my 3 year PPI refund and asked me to either accept a cheque or to recalculate my loan - do I accept my part ppi refund or carry on with FSCS claim, which should be for quite a lot more.
Do I call picture and tell them I am claiming my ppi was mis-sold or should they not already know this?

You can accept the refund and STILL claim for mis selling. You just let the FSCS know when you have received it and how much.

Thank you for all the information which has helped me claim back ppi from hsbc, egg, barclaycard, ge capital and hfc.

You will need to check this out very carefully. The three year refund will be nowhere near what you will be paying in the long term for the ppi over the term of the loan.

I would want the whole of the ppi taken off loan and be put back in the position I would have been had I not taken out PPI. and all of the payments you have have made regarding the PPI. refunded.

Personally, I would carry on with the mis sell.

I would think picture/target do know you are claiming through FSCS.

Also I do remember reading the info from FSCS saying once they have taken over the claim for mis sell, anything to do with the claim, should be done by them. You sign on the claim form to agree to this.Therefore you will need to inform them of the situation.

Just be careful they are not pulling a fast one!!!

That is exactly what I thought when I read the letter, my husband was happy, but I thought no they are trying to pull a fast one here and later say that I have made a claim on the cashback policy and therefore it can't of been mis-sold.
I will call FSCS tomorrow and let them know.

You do that demir, and maybe it would not do any harm to give Deloitte a call. As you say they have contacted you for info, so maybe it would be wise to keep them informed.
