The way I see it is:

FSCS have sent selected claims to Deloitte

Deloitte have requested info from Target

Target send back info

Deloiite calculate claims and send back to FSCS for verification and payment to us.

I assumed beaniebabe was, understandably ,trying to speed up her own claim and maybe there was some request for information that deloitte was waiting on from FSCS and had not received. in order to send it to Target.
and this is why they have given fax/email addresses

Not sure if I make sense

I see thats why I am confused did not realise it was just about beaniebabes claim. That makes more sense.
Back to the waiting game.

Glad you lot got good answers, I spoke to grumpy man at FSCS who said claims can take 6 months so not to expect anything til just before christmas.
I have decided not to believe him!

Don't despair -we all need cheering up:beer:.
The way I see it now is that we are half way through the process:

Picture decalred in defaut -done

Claims forms sent to Deloitte - done

Deloitte requesting info from Target. - done

Receive info back

Process claims.

Three out of five - over half way

Hi everyone just caught up with the latest
Beaniebabe arnt you supposed to be a priority like me?
If so why hasnt target got your forms?
I dont understand I was told by deloitte that they were waiting for info from third parties and I was a priority I presume this info is the forms that you all have been told about. I would have thought priority meant dealt with first because of circumstances. Maybe I should phone trget to see if they have my forms. I hope we all hear soon not just the priority ones we should all be dealt with as priorty. We have waited long enough
Pinknico I think I got the same grumpy man at the FSCS baah humbug lol and he told me it would be months yet even the priority ones

You may be better ringing Deloitte and ask them if they have received all your info, explaining that you are a priority case.
The advisor I spoke to was really helpful

Thanks busbyh I will do that I dont fancy speaking to Target really due to our arrears and repossession and like Pinknico the prospect of the grumpy man is not too appealing either :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yes thats about right. Sorry if I confused you pinknico.
FSCS told me that Deloitte had requested info from Target but had not received anything back yet.
Thats why I decided to contact Target in order to get them to send it back to FSCS asap.
Target told me they had not received any info from FSCS /Deloittes but gave me a fax number for me to pass onto FSCS in order for them to re fax any info to Target that they needed completing.
The man at FSCS e mailed the person from Deloittes to inform them of the above as they were dealing with my claim.
Hope that makes sense

Dialysis
I have been told by FSCS that I am a priority and that Deloittes have requested info from Target. They informed me that they have to allow Target time to return any information.
I decided to contact Target just to make sure they had received the info and to make them hurry up and return it. I was glad I did cos they said they had not received anything.
however think on the bright side, Target are in a bit of a mess themselves at present and seem quite disorganised.
I would give them a call if I were you. You have nothing to lose and the man I spoke with was very helpful and sympathetic .
As you know my situation has been quite bad in respect of repayments to picture lately. Don't let it stop you getting on their case!!!:D
