Yes that makes sense, but what worries me is that the FSCS and Deloitte are waiting for info they have asked Target for and if you hadnt rung Target then the FSCS and Deloitte wouldnt have known that Target hadnt received any info from them...

So to clarify Target hadnt received any request for ANY information regarding ANY claim not just yours?

Hi all
I have no reason to doubt thAt Deloitte have requested info from Target. The guy seems quite genuine.

I do wonder with beaniebabe and dialysis, could it have anything to do with it being the Fos that had been dealing with their claim and were supposed to have been forwarding all the info. to the relevant parties.

If I remember correctly they appear to have had to do the chasing from the start. Let me know what you think beaniebabe and dialysis.

Hi Busbyh I am right in saying that only beaniebabe and I had our cases go to the FOS in the beginning? The FOS did tell me that all our paperwork and details was passed to the FSCS, I am a little concerned though that a lot of people on here have heard from Deloitte with regards to their claims but the only info I have received is when I have rung them. I am sure beaniebabe is the same. I ring Deloitte or the FSCS every week and was told last week that we are priority and they had requested info from third parties, I took this to be Target or whatever they are called, and I am under the impression that they are waiting for this, and Deloitte had sent this to them. I am now a little unsure of what do to really and am totally miffed by it all. Like Beaniebabe we are really struggling to make ends meet and it seems to be one thing after another as regards to bills and things. My compo would make me solvent again, hopefully, and stop my repossession. But the longer this goes on the more likely it is that we will lose everything.

Dialysis ring Deloitte and tell them your concerns, tell them about beaniebabe
(wouldnt call her that on the phone!!) chasing Target and Target saying they had received nothing from FSCS/ Deloitte and see what they say.

Also ask why you have not received a letter and is it because your case is being dealt with immediately?

I have no doubt that Deloitte requested information, I am just worried as to why Target are saying they havent received that request and how long it would have stayed that way if beaniebabe hadnt chased Target?

not sure how many went to FOS. Its just that I have followed your cases hoping that you would be the first two to be sorted.

Ring Deloitte again and don't worry about how much you hassle them. Ask them to confirm that they have sent a 'request for information to Target.

I t could be that Target havve given you the wrong info. I am sure you will both be in the first batch as you both have early dates .

I am sorry if I worried you by my last post - it certainly wasn't my intention

Hi Pinknico Have just spoke to american lady at Deloitte and she said that my claim was being dealt with at the present time and she had been in contact with Target about our claim and it has been assigned a case worker, so it sounds like they have all what they need. Deloitte are still waiting though for info from Target. At least I know they have the forms but she would not say how long it would take.

That sounds like very good news to me. When I initially spoke to Deloitte, she said once all info was received it was then passed over to a case worker- re calcs and then to FSCS to be checked and paid.:beer:
being pass to case worker is one step closer to the end;)

Hi Busbyh No problems hun I wasnt worried by your last post at all it is the fact that nothing seems to be happening the same old story ' we are dealing with now' I just cant see Target being in a rush to send all this info back and by then it might be too late for some of us. Not sure if what we all keep getting told is the truth or just what we want to hear. It is never ending:mad: I hope you are right though about nearing the end I dont know how much more of this I can stand
